The notes below explain how guide pricing, renders, delivery planning, electrical works, bases, access and final specifications are confirmed for FlexCoop Bespoke projects.
Guide pricing and written confirmation
All prices are guide “from” prices and exclude delivery, installation, electrical works, base preparation, lifting equipment, groundwork and bespoke upgrades unless confirmed in writing. Final quote is subject to site access, specification, postcode and written confirmation.
Pricing disclaimer
Published prices are guide from prices. They help customers compare options, but the final project quote depends on model specification, postcode, access, delivery route and installation requirements.
Delivery and installation disclaimer
Delivery, positioning, lifting, installation and specialist access equipment are quoted separately unless expressly included in writing. We will advise on the practical requirements before order confirmation.
Electrical and power requirements
Electrical works must be completed by a suitably qualified electrician. Heater, chiller and three-phase requirements vary by product and are confirmed during quote and specification.
Base and access requirements
A level, suitable base and safe access route are usually required. Groundworks, base preparation, craning, lifting equipment and route changes are not included unless confirmed in writing.

Warranty and supplier notes
Warranty terms may vary by product, supplier and manufacturer. Any supplier or manufacturer warranty will be confirmed as part of the final written quote and specification.
Quote validity
Quote validity periods will be stated in writing. Pricing and availability may change after the quote validity period or if the requested specification changes.
Final specification subject to written confirmation
Product dimensions, finishes, heater or chiller specification, accessories, delivery plan and installation scope are only final once confirmed in writing.
Privacy and customer data note
Customer enquiry details are used to respond to quote requests, assess project requirements and support delivery planning. We do not use enquiry details to confirm an order without written customer approval.
